Design for Social Change
While mental health has been a growing concern in recent years, suicide remains a taboo topic that is not discussed much in Singapore's society today. 'Sounds of Silence' aims to break this barrier by bringing Singaporeans on the journey from the transformative power of listening to empathy and action. The campaign encourages individuals to explore, understand, and embrace the power of active listening and empathy. It aims to empower them to become an advocate for change in the fight against the lack of conversations that surround mental health and suicide.
Diploma in
Communication Design
Hi, I'm Wendy! I ventured into the design path thanks to my hobby of making edits and layouts in my free time. The three years of study in this course have shaped me into a better designer who strives to create meaningful designs with a purpose behind the creative decisions to communicate a strong message. I have also learnt to appreciate design more and enjoy admiring campaigns, brands, and advertising posters with a story to tell through beautiful colours, graphics, and visuals.
