In Singapore, 17,000 youths are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), often misunderstood as unmotivated when, in reality, systemic barriers hold them back. Traditional support systems are inaccessible, and rigid success definitions leave them feeling lost.

"The Island Within" is an interactive campaign designed to redefine success and empower NEET youth through self-discovery and real-world support. At its core, it is a game that helps players uncover their strengths, supported by mentorship opportunities that connect them with former NEETs and industry professionals. The campaign helps these youths unlock their potential and carve their future by shifting perceptions and providing tangible pathways.
