In-Healing Greens breaks the cycle of stigma by introducing a space for people who have an addiction to alcohol and nicotine and want to take the initiative to start healing. Combining emotion-evoking design with meditation and counselling to help with the healing process, it serves as a clubhouse for users to gather and engage in productive activities while encouraging each other to recover. By creating interconnected spaces by blending indoors and outdoors with greenery, In-Healing Greens creates a safe and nurturing environment free from the stigma against addiction.
Diploma in Interior Architecture & Design
I believe in creating spaces within spaces and connecting them via different avenues to emphasise circulation and spatial organisation, which lies at the heart of my design philosophy. I create spaces with a purpose, with hierarchy amongst them to create layers in my design. I also respect existing architecture and form my design around it to create harmony.
