It transforms Old Kallang Airport into a vibrant, self-sustaining farm-to-table cafe, emphasising sustainability, community engagement, and reducing food waste. This is accomplished by prioritising Old Kallang Airport's interior and surrounding spaces, featuring a production zone for fresh, local produce and a central area selling these products, highlighting the farm-to-table concept. Ultimately, the venue will focus on minimising food waste and promoting sustainable practices.
