Good Health and Well-being
Physiotherapy centres in Singapore are known for their efficiency and advanced medical facilities. However, they lack an environment that brings comfort, support and a sense of connection. The Recovery Grove aims to provide a conducive space and encourage people of all ages and backgrounds to seek healthcare.
Using the concept and characteristics of a treehouse village, the design emphasises connection and unity within the space and its people while improving physical and mental healing. This project seeks to transform everyday rehabilitation spaces into encouraging and supportive ones and promote physical and psychological well-being.

Spaces that prioritise user experience yet are functional are important to me. My design approach focuses on creating a welcoming space that provides comfort, well-being, and a sense of community. I utilise space planning to design versatile and multifunctional spaces that create an environment to encourage community living. I enjoy designing spaces that are not only practical but also form a connection with the people.
