Aeterra

Category
Sustainable Living

Aeterra is a sustainability project transforming ash and charcoal waste from public barbeque pits into eco-friendly building materials. By repurposing these by-products, Aeterra reduces waste and promotes sustainability in the BBQ experience. The process enables individuals to create concrete bricks from waste, which can be used to build community features such as gardens, planters, and upgraded BBQ pits. This initiative encourages community participation in the circular economy, fostering environmental responsibility and collaboration. Aeterra aims to create sustainable, accessible spaces and drive greener change within local communities.

Hey, I'm Alex! I love seeking thrills and living life on the edge. Translating that to design, I am not afraid to step out of my comfort zone and take up design challenges that keep me on my toes. My critical thinking skills have been honed over time to get over obstacles one way or another. The risk-taking with each step gets me going, and I'm always up for a challenge!
