MenstruEase

Category
Digital Symbiosis

MenstruEase transforms menstrual care by fostering empathy and connection between partners through thoughtful design and technology. At its core, FloNest organises menstrual supplies while promoting open communication. Paired with FloLink smart bracelets, it bridges the gap between understanding and action—the female bracelet tracks stress and discomfort. In contrast, the male bracelet simulates cramps to build empathy. The Flo app further encourages proactive care and thoughtful gestures. MenstruEase normalises conversations around menstruation, breaks stigmas, and fosters shared responsibility, creating stronger relationships. This innovative system redefines menstrual care by promoting awareness, support, and meaningful connections.
