Refer to the email on “Digital Version of Certificates and Academic Transcripts” sent by TP Academic Affairs to your TP student email account.
Download the OpenCerts file in your TP student email. The OpenCerts file is an encrypted file of your certificate and academic transcript and is unique to you.
Go to OpenCerts website link (https://opencerts.io/), and drag and drop your OpenCerts file into the white box area as shown below. The website is best viewed in Chrome browser.
Select the relevant tabs to view your e-certificate and e-transcript.
To save as a viewable pdf version, click on the printer icon and select 'Save as PDF' under 'Destination'.
Note: The downloaded e-certificate saved in PDF is not considered an authenticated certificate for official use.

If you have misplaced your OpenCerts file, please email to examinations@tp.edu.sg (for full-time diploma graduates) or cetadmin@tp.edu.sg (for part-time students/graduates) with your full name, NRIC No. and name of TP course.

Email the OpenCerts file, OpenCerts website link (https://opencerts.io/) and TP Digital Certificates microsite link (https://www.tp.edu.sg/ecerts) to potential employers or universities. The microsite link has instructions on how employers or universities may verify your certificate.
Applicant will provide you with the OpenCerts file and the OpenCerts website link (https://opencerts.io/). The OpenCerts file is an encrypted file of the applicant’s certificate and academic transcript.
Go to OpenCerts website link (https://opencerts.io/), and drag and drop the OpenCerts file into the white box area as shown below. The website is best viewed in Chrome browser.
Authenticated certificate will be annotated "Certificate issued by TEMASEK POLYTECHNIC" (in green) at the top of the certificate.
