Project Background & Description

The project is an Educational Web Application that educates users and teaches them how to secure their web applications, by giving them technical and practical knowledge about web vulnerabilities and their mitigation tactics

Key Features include: 20 lecture notes on Web Application Vulnerabilities in accordance with the 2021 OWASP Top Ten, a no-fuss and easy-to-deploy web application to server as live examples of vulnerabilities, and 18 Lab Sheets for hands-on guided practical analysis of web vulnerabilities The Websafe Service is twofold: One Learning Portal which acts as a learning platform where users can view and download learning materials, and One Program that users can download to deploy and run a vulnerable web application for the sake of testing.
