Utilising skills gained through her polytechnic's guided learning and mentorship programmes, Crystal has grown her brand significantly, shipping worldwide and holding regular pop-up events. She manages all aspects of the business single-handedly, from production to marketing.
 

The article also mentioned her participation in organising the Mercury Festival and her aspiration to see her favourite K-pop idols wearing her designs. Despite achieving a four-digit monthly income, Crystal emphasises her focus on passion over profit, crediting Temasek Polytechnic for preparing her for this entrepreneurial venture.
