TP School of Design (DES) is the first design school established in a polytechnic. Widely recognised as Singapore's leading brand for design education, DES has cemented its stellar 35-year reputation by winning the prestigious Crowbar Awards Institution of the Year for eight consecutive years since 2017.

As Generative AI (GenAI) reshapes creative processes for tomorrow's designers, you must be adept at harnessing its capabilities to boost your creativity, efficiency, and outcomes. At DES, you will learn to use GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Dall.e, and Midjourney to elevate your design work and gain future-ready skills.

All first-year DES students will embark on the Common Foundation programme, which nurtures essential design skills and introduces you to a collaborative learning environment while building your creative confidence. You will sharpen your aesthetic sense, critical thinking skills, and awareness of current design trends through mixed classes with peers from different design diplomas.
