Mission
Leveraging on the capabilities of Temasek Polytechnic’s Robotics & Automation Centre (RAC) and Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Robotics Research and Innovation Centre (RRIC), and supported by Enterprise Singapore and Building and Construction Authority (BCA), COI-BERA seeks to promote the adoption of robotics and automation technologies for built environment applications by Singapore's Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Water Proofing & Membrane Coating Robot
A collaboration with Buildo Engineering Pte Ltd, this project is a remotely operated robot to automate the coating of water-proofing membranes on rooftops and open spaces such as tennis courts.
Safety Sensors for Mobile Elevated Work Platforms
A collaboration with Omni Machinery Pte Ltd, this project is a safety sensor system for mobile elevated platforms (MEWPs) to improve productivity and enhance the operational safety and of work done at a height.
