The Security Tripartite Cluster (STC)’s recommendations made on 31 Jan 2023, had updated the mandatory training requirements under the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) Skills Ladder for the security industry. These updated training requirements would better support tripartite efforts to upskill the workforce as the industry increasingly leverages technology to support its operations under the Security Industry Transformation Map (ITM).
