Understanding your customers is a very important component of achieving marketing and business success. The ability to ask the right questions to understand the underlying human psychology, customs, attitudes and habits will be key to help a company design products and services that are competitively superior in meeting customer needs and can even influence buying behaviours..
At the end of this course, participants will be able to appreciate the complex consumer psyche and how consumers consider products before a purchase. This course will also help business owners to develop more effective strategies that can better satisfy customers.
