Mr Cheng Ming Chin

Ming Chin obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and Master of Engineering (Mechanical) degrees from National University of Singapore. He is a holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) and Facility Management Professional (FMP) credentials awarded by Project Management Institute (PMI) and International Facility Management Association (IFMA) respectively.

Ming Chin was a research assistant with National University of Singapore (NUS). His research focused on the field of ventilation studies for buildings using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). He then joined the building industry as a Mechanical Engineer specializing in building product and environmental testing. Subsequently, he joined the education sector as a full-time lecturer in Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and later Temasek Polytechnic (TP). He has more than 10 years of experience in providing training mainly in Mechanical Engineering subjects such as Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation, Hydraulics & Drives, Energy Audit & Management and Building Management System.

Mr Toby Ong

Mr Toby Ong, Managing Director for Vemac Services Pte Ltd, has 27 years of rich experience handling with refrigerant equipment.

Vemac Services under his leadership became the first in Singapore to deal with used refrigerant from end of life refrigerant equipment and the proper handling of refrigerant became part of their business from then on.

He graduated from ITE and obtained his Nance Universal HVACR Tech Certificate (US) in 2014.
