- Participants will be educated on the importance and benefits of decarbonisation, and the paths businesses can take to launch their decarbonisation journey.
- Participants can identify suitable opportunities for sustainable finance, contributing to their organisation's green initiatives.
- Participants will be trained to recognise the need for transformative changes within an organisation to efficiently activate the 'sustainability transition', along with identifying human capital challenges and needed initiatives to aid this transition.
- Participants will have knowledge on the practical steps to integrate sustainability measures into the operational level of their company’s business processes.
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will have a holistic understanding of organisational sustainability principles and practices, effectively preparing them to function as adept sustainability leads in their respective organisations.
Certification
Participants who meet at least 75% of the required course attendance and attempt the assessment will be awarded with Temasek Polytechnic’s Certificate of Completion.
